1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lead Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Lead Engine provides an AI-powered lead capture and qualification platform for real estate professionals. The service includes conversational AI agents, lead management tools, calendar integrations, and analytics dashboards.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time — no partial-month refunds, but your access continues through the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lead Engine for unlawful purposes, to mislead or deceive visitors, or to violate any applicable regulations (including fair housing laws). You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to your AI agent.
5. Intellectual Property
Lead Engine and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Lead Engine. Your lead data, agent configurations, and custom content remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lead Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by closing the account. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request an export.
